But contrary to appearance, not all tuxedoes are alike. Subtle differences can be flattering or fatal, depending on body style. Select the style that best suits the groom’s body type. Those pictures from your wedding day will be prominently displayed for many years. The clothes you wear for your wedding will depend largely on the kind of wedding you and your fiancée want to have. The size of the guest list, how many attendants you’ll have, the time and the location of the event --- all of these things will help determine how formal your wedding will be. There’s a formalwear style for evey kind of wedding, day, night, traditional or modern. Turning yourself into a gallant groom is easier than you think. Just follow these easy formal dressing rules and you will have that perfect polished look. Short, Slender grooms should look for a single-breasted jacket with a low-button and wide peak lapels. This helps to elongate the body. Short, Stocky grooms with athletic or muscular body types look best in jackets with slim shawl collars. Tall, Husky grooms with broad shoulders and muscular frames look best in shawl-collar tuxedoes. Tall, Slim grooms look well in just about every tuxedo style. There is no reason not to look your best.
